Collection: South Georgia

South Georgia is a remote, uninhabited (except for transient staff) subAntarctic island with no agriculture; any chilies are brought in as food stores.

Typical peppers would be generic dried red chilies, crushed red pepper, and bottled sauces based on cayenne, tabasco-type, or habanero, used in shipboard or station cooking. There is no local cultivation, industry, import beyond supplies, or cuisine specific to the territory.
