Seed orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from within Canada via Canada Post or comparable services, using either oversized lettermail for small packets or tracked parcel options for larger orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on selected service, and transit times typically range from 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier performance. Once an order has been transferred to the postal carrier, transit delays, and mis-delivery are outside the seller’s control, but support will be provided to help customers track or investigate missing parcels where possible. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
