Origin: A pink‑ripening superhot selected by hobby breeders from hornet‑style crosses, now sold in collector circles. The Pink Hornet hot pepper was bred by grower Tony Thatcher, who created it from a cross of Pink Tiger and 7 Pot Primo.

Species: Capsicum Chinense.

Plant Description: Productive plants covered in elongated, often stinger‑tipped pods that ripen through pastel shades to a final pink‑peach colour, very striking on the plant.
