Flavour Profile: Exceptionally fruity, sweet, and aromatic, with citrus-like and smoky undertones reminiscent of habanero, but without heat. Perfume-like scent when cooked.
Origin: Trinidad & Tobago, Caribbean.
Species: Capsicum Chinense.
Plant Description: Small, bushy plants up to 2ft tall. Pods are lantern or habanero-shaped, bright yellow/gold when ripe, 1–2in long, prolific producer. Sometimes shows small “scorpion” tail on pods.
