Flavour Profile: Fruity, sweet, smoky; distinct habanero aroma but almost no heat. Used for Caribbean seasoning, sauces, and salsas.
Origin: Trinidad & Tobago.
Species: Capsicum Chinense.
Plant Description: Large bushy plants up to 3ft tall, producing 2–3in lantern-shaped, wrinkly pods that turn green to orange and finally red. Excellent yields and ornamental appeal.
