Taj Mahal - Pink Peach (also called Taj Mahal Pink Minion Pepper)

Flavour Profile: Thick-walled, rough fruits filled with tangy, juicy flesh balancing sweetness and heat. Caramel smoothness with a notable, striking burn.
Origin: Italy; bred by Enrico Lai (Mojo Peppers). Pink-Peach variant reported as a selection from the Orange Tiger line.
Species: Capsicum Chinense.
Plant Description:
Pods reach up to 3in long, ripening from purple/green to purple/cream or pink-peach, and do not form the “stinger” or classic Taj Mahal shape (Pink Minion type).
Heavy producer, especially in full sun. Can grow to 3.5ft; if pruned, stays around 26in tall and ornate.
Open-pollinated, perennial in pots, medium grow type, and overwinters well. Ornamental with peach/pink colours and smooth surface.
