Flavour Profile: Fruity and sweet, with hints of smokiness and floral undertone, drawing from Peach Bhut Ghost parentage. Some describe the heat as starting sharp and lingering long. Notably “ghost heat” with a good flavour for powders and sauces.
Origin: Bred as an experimental cross (USA/Canada hobby breeder) between Super Bhut (Ghost), Pink Tiger, and Peach Bhut Ghost; not yet fully stabilized, so pod shapes and colours can vary year-to-year.
Species: Capsicum Chinense.
Plant Description: Vigorously growing plants reach 3–4ft in height, with dark green/purple foliage. Pods ripen green/purple to peach or golden orange, some showing iridescent blush colours. Pods are 2–3in long, bumpy, and often loaded on the plant. High-yielding, with variable colour due to genetic instability.
