Flavour Profile: Exceptionally fruity, sweet, and complex with fast-building sharp heat. Considered “one of the best tasting hot varieties” by Texas Hot Peppers. Some phenotypes can be harsh or floral, but peach strains are praised for balanced flavour.
Origin: United States; bred by Michael Christensen (Texas Hot Peppers), passed through private collections and hobby growers. Highly variable and considered unstable, with different pod shapes and heat possible.
Species: Capsicum Chinense 
Plant Description:
Plants: Medium-tall, bushy, prolific producer. May resemble fish pepper hybrids in unstable generations.
Pods: Light peach colour, extremely bumpy, thin- to medium-walled. Most pods measure 2–3in long and can vary dramatically in shape.
