Flavour Profile: Fruity, sweet, with hints of smokiness or bitterness: The initial taste is very fruity with a touch of sweetness or bitterness, followed by an intense and fast-building heat. The burn is sharp and oil-rich, often described as “panic mode” and very clean if you can tolerate the heat.
Flavour undertones: Some lines report a slight smokiness, especially in red varieties; peach types lean more toward bright, sweet fruitiness.
Origin: USA (Arkansas): Crafted by master grower Matthew Arthur as a cross of MA Wartryx and Jay’s Peach Ghost Scorpion.
Lineage: Exclusive hybrid between two of the world’s hottest and most aromatic superhots—Wartryx and Jay’s Peach Ghost.
Species: Capsicum Chinense (standard for superhot lineages).
Plant Description: Growth Habit: Compact-to-medium bush, up to 3–4ft tall, highly productive. Thrives in containers or garden beds; open-pollinated but with some instability in pod shape and colour.
Pods: 1.5–3in long, gnarly, wrinkly, "nasty-looking" with prominent "stinger" tails.
