Origin: Thailand; common throughout Southeast Asia and China, sometimes paired with the Kilian variety.
Species: Capsicum Annuum.
Plant Description: Compact 2ft tall plants, heavy yields of twisted, skinny, pointed pods (2–3in long, bright yellow at maturity). Early ripening; best for fresh use, but retains colour if dried.
