Flavour Profile: Sweet, mild, and crisp with subtle chocolate or earthy flavour in “chocolate” morphs. Eaten fresh for snacking, salads, stuffing, or as an attractive garnish.
Origin: Modern hybrid; Candy Cane Chocolate Cherry and similar varieties bred for ornamental and flavour value.
Species: Capsicum Annuum.
Plant Description: Compact, bushy plants up to 60cm; mini bell-shaped fruits 3–10cm long, variegated stripe hues when young, ripen to chocolate-brown/red. Leaves have white/green variegation. High-yield, highly ornamental, ideal for containers.
