Flavour Profile: Intense fruity flavour, floral notes, earthy and smoky undertone; extremely fiery and lingering burn. Caramel phenotypes noted for smoother, sweet undertones than full chocolate Bhutlah.
Origin: USA; hybrid (Bhut Jolokia × Douglah 7 Pot), caramel/short pod selection.
Species: Capsicum Chinense.
Plant Description: Pods are shorter and wider than regular Bhutlahs, ripen from green → caramel brown. Highly bumpy, big yields, bushy structure, suited to both pot and ground growing; easy to grow and exceptionally prolific.
