Scoville Heat Units (SHU): Very mild, up to about 20,000 SHU at most, often perceived closer to a “spicy sweet” than a true hot chili.

Flavour Profile: Sweet, fruity, and aromatic with just a touch of warmth, perfect for whole‑fruit pickling, snacking, and decorative garnishes.

Origin: Part of the Brazilian Biquinho/Chupetinho group, with this selection ripening to a delicate pink or salmon colour.

Species: Capsicum Chinense.

Plant Description: Compact, bushy plants to around 60 cm tall, very high yielding, with tiny teardrop‑shaped pods that go from light green to soft pink.
