Flavour Profile: Fruity and slightly sweet with bright citrus notes riding over a fierce, lingering burn; good for extreme sauces and powders where a light‑coloured mash is desired.

Origin: Bred by Tom Kleinfelter as a cross of Jay’s Peach Ghost Scorpion and a white Bhut Jolokia, combining ghost‑type heat with an unusually pale mature colour.

Species: Capsicum Chinense.

Plant Description: Compact to medium plants (about 60–120 cm) that set gnarled, elongated pods 7–10 cm long with twisted, claw‑like forms that ripen to a very pale cream/white rather than red.
